American Auto Transportation Inc. is a registered and bonded property broker MC#. We are auto-transport brokers. You can look our company up on CentralDispatch.com and verify that all our paperwork is current and up to date. We use a lead management 3rd party software called jTracker.com that works in conjunction with CentralDispatch.com to quote and find our customers a driver to move their vehicle.
Once, we agree on a price to move your car and all paperwork is signed and sent back to use via email or fax, we post your vehicle to a national broker vehicle load board where truck drivers go to find cars to move. You have to be licensed, bonded and insured to use this board. Drivers look here to find cars to move. When the drivers see the listing of our customers car, they contact us. We then make the final preparations to deploy the shipment with the driver. After the driver we find confirms he can ship said vehicle, we contact our customer and let them know we have a driver. If the customer is ready to move the vehicle, we dispatch the car to the driver, and charge our processing fee.
The payment is broken up into two payments. One payment goes to the driver on pickup or delivery. The driver is paid in Cash or Certified funds only. The other half of the payment is our processing fee and can be paid with any major credit card or via electronic means upon dispatching the vehicle to the driver.
We are licensed, bonded and insured up to 250,000 USD with a zero deductible out-of-pocket if anything were to happen to your car.

This agreement between the customer and Affordable Auto Transportation Inc. allows American Auto Transportation Inc. to contract with another licensed and insured Motor Carrier to transport the vehicle described in this shipping order.
Affordable Auto Transportation Inc. shall provide customer with an estimated pick up and estimated delivery date. However, delays may occur prior to, and/or during transport due to weather, road conditions, mechanical problems, etc. There are absolutely no guarantees regarding pick-up or delivery times and dates.
If the vehicle is inoperable Customer must inquire as to extra charges. If Affordable Auto Transportation Inc. is not advised of inoperable or over-sized / modified vehicles prior to pick-up, all extra charges must be paid in cash or money order upon delivery.
Customer warrants that he/she will pay the transportation deposit due to American Auto Transportation Inc. for delivered vehicles and will not seek to charge back a credit card to offset any dispute for damage claims and/or delays etc. It is the Customer‘s responsibility to have any payment due when the Carrier arrives. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Forida. Any legal venue arising from this contract will be taken place in Broward County, Florida. The Customer agrees to pay all legal fees associated with this Customer Agreement.
Personal property must be stowed in the trunk and must weigh less than 100 lbs. Carrier and American Auto Transportation Inc. is not liable for personal items left in vehicle.
